• Pre-orders typically take 7–14 business days for processing before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on vendor delays, holidays, or high order volume.
• All pre-orders must be placed through Instagram DM.

• Please make sure all shipping and contact information is correct at checkout. Pretty Pink Collection is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

• Ready-to-ship wigs are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Pre-order wigs ship after processing is complete.
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the shipping carrier.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
